Born in Tuzhurmatu, Salaheldin Governorate. He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery/ University of Baghdad (2006) and he holds M.Sc degree in the public health form Dokuz Eylul University (2009). He has awarded a certificate of learning Turkish language from the Center of Learning Language/ University of Gazi (2007). Presently works in Department of Public Health / College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kufa.
