The dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the UOK, Dr. Ahmed Hameed Al-Azam, headed the Seventeenth Annual Meeting of the Committee of Deans of Faculties of Veterinary Medicine in Iraqi Universities.
The meeting was held at the University of Karbala and revolved around the development of the reality of faculties of veterinary medicine.
Among those who attended the meeting was the President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Munir Al-Saadi, as well as the Director General of the Veterinary Department, and the Head of Veterinarians in Iraq.
The agenda of the meeting included many topics, the most important was studying the means of activating the Veterinary Medicine Gradient Law, in addition to viewing the recommendations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the subject.
Furthermore, the meeting concluded with the approval of the third academic grade curriculum in accordance with the Course System, plus the approval of the M.A. curriculum.
