Establishment of the Center

        The university of kufa has opened many centers that achieved a constant interaction between the University and society . TOEFL Center is one of the these new centers which have been the yield of the agreement signed by The University of Kufa and ETS in Jordan to administer the TOEFL ITP. The assistant . Teacher, Ekhlas Ali Mohsin at the college of Arts ,Dept of English was delegated to Jordan to acquire training to administer this test at the  University of Kufa . An authorization has been granted to administer and supervise this test .The Center was opened at the Headquarters of the University of Kufa , which can be regarded as  a unique center in the middle Euphrates Governorates to grant the TOEFL certificate.

      The University president's ex- scientific affairs assistant ,Dr.Majid Kadhim Hussein , pointed out that an agreement has been reached to buy TOEFL references for the purpose of opening preparatory courses for TOEFL ITP, as well as registering for an account in the internet to set this test with low charge to make it possible foe examinees to take the test here instead of affording the charges of traveling and the possibility of failing in the test

    The university of Kufa has managed to reach at an agreement with the ETS which adopts running the TOEFL to gold this test at the University of Kufa . This test is approved by the world -wide universities , which is a test certificate in the proficiency of English . It is common that a student be knowledgeable in English to pass this test due to the importance of this test , The University of Kufa in cooperation with several institutions has worked to hold this test
