| Despite the constitutional regulation of the principle of equality in Iraq, but the practical application is witnessing a clear imbalance in the ground, and have a negative impact on people or groups that suffer from discrimination because of not dealing with it on the basis of this principle.
In order to solve the problem of the research, it was divided into this introduction ,the preliminary section search in self-concept of equality principle , and three sections discuss the first ones the legal equality, the second search in the political equality, and the third discuss the social and economic equality, in addition, the Conclusion included the most important results that have been reached ,and the most important proposals that could be presented.
