Prof. Dr. Bassem Baqer Jerio, under the slogan (for we are all working to improve the mental health of individuals and society), Department of Computer Science organized a scientific symposium on the reality of mental health in Iraq attended by a number of Altdresen and researchers and students, that said Jerio that the seminar aims to familiarize participants with the concept of health and psychological aspects of a person normal, and you know the participants on the reality of mental health in Iraq and mechanisms to improve the mental health of the community and methods of prevention of mental disorders, he said, adding that the seminar topics included the recent trends in improving the mental health and conditions psychological security as well as mechanisms to address mental disorders and conditions of the environment contribute to the reduction of psychiatric illnesses, noting that the Platform for the symposium included throwing the first two lectures of Dr. Qasim Hassan Saleh, head of the Iraqi psychological Association entitled ways of thinking and their relationship to emotional love, and a second teacher Enam Hadi Hassan titled methods of dealing with the psychological stress among college students.
