Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was done to investigate the ability of bacteria strain Pseudomonas fluorescens CHAO to cause bacteremia & septicemia in white rabbits by oral administration, moreover the hematological, biochemical & histopathological effects of these bacteria in white rabbits with nutrient broth.The results showed There was no occurrence of bacteremia and septicemia among white rabbits and There was no significant difference in hematological and hematological parameters(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (E. S. R), Total leucocytes count (W. B. Cs), Packed Cell Volume (P. C. V), Total hemoglobin concentration (H. b), Total sugar concentration, G. P. T (Glutamat Pyruvat Transaminase activity)and G. O. T (Glutamat Oxaloacetate Transaminase activity). with significant reduction in Total cholesterol concentration (P<0.05). the histological study reveaed there was no abnormal effect on liver and kidney
