Abstract

The study included isolating and identifying the fungi form the soil of two Pesticides stores, the first for herbicide stam-f-34 and the second for different pesdticides Alternaria alternate (A.a.) ، Aspergillus niger1 (A.n.1.) ، Aspergillus parasiticus (A.p.) ، Aspergillus terreus (A.t.) ، Cheatomium elatium (C. e.) ، Cheatomium globosum (C. g.) ، Phoma sp. (P. sp.) ، Pythomyces sp. (P.sp.) ، Gray Sterile Fungi (G.S.F.) ، White Sterile Fungi (W.S.F.1) ، White Sterile Fungi (2) (W.S.F.2) From Pesticides stores and taken Aspergillus niger 2 (A.n.2.) ، Aspergillus niger 3 (A.n.3.) ، Emericiella nidulans (E.n.) ، Fusarium sp. (F. sp.) ، Penicillium oxalicum (P.o.) ، Trichoderma harzianum (T.h.) ،From the higher education lab in College of Agriculture and the tolerance of these fungi to some common pesdticides like Vidate (Nematocide) , Roxar (Herbicide) ، Clofycom (Acrocide) ، Devicose (Insecticide) and Beltanol (Fungicide) and the growing on the P.D.B. to measure their Biomass. And it was noticed that the fungal Biomass on the toxic P.D.B. in twice dosage from the studied pesticides the fungus A.a. gave the highest weight with nematocide (N) which was 19.9 gm whereas T.h. was the lowest weight which was 3.2 gm , with the herbicide (H) the growth was weak for all fungi. with the Acharicide (A) the highest biomass was with A.a. which was 14.9 gm and the lowest was with T.h. which was 3.25 gm , Insecticide (I) gave highest weight with F.sp. which was 14.6 gm and the weight of other fungi was weak , with fungicide (F) F.sp gave the highest weight which was 16.0 gm and the lowest was with T.h. which was 5.2 gm . The results of spectrophotometer analysis of all fungi showed high ability in degradation of all pesticides (N , H , A , I , F) in P.D.B. the highest was in N with A.n.2 which was 74.83% and the lowest was in W.S.F.1. which was 68.96% , the highes percent of H was by Phoma sp which was 59.72% but the lowest was by F.sp which was 59.25% , the highest degradation percent of A was by A,p. which was 78.04% the lowest by A.a.which was 77.68% However , in the I the highest degradation percent was by A.t. which was 77.10% but the lowest was by Phoma sp which was 71.73% . With F the highest value was by E.n. which was 81.97% but the lowest was by W.S.F.1 which was 78.72%. The fungi effected on the pH of the P.D.B. toxic with double dosage of the studied pesticides, the fungus A.a. gave lowest PH with H which was 5.75 , whereas the fungus A.n.1 had lowest PH with N which was 4.7 , and fungus A.n.2 gave lowest PH with F which was 4.8 and the lowest Ph for the fungus A.n.3 with I, and for the fungus F.sp. PH was 4.40 with I, and for fungus phoma sp. PH was 5.6 with H and for T.h. all PH were higher than control , and the highest was 7.99 with I, whereas W.S.F.1 gave the lowest PH with I which was 5.17 .
