Rogue Bloodthirsty State Organization in Iraq al-Sham Reading on Diversity تنظيم الدولة المارقة في العراق والشام (قراءة تعددية في الايديولوجيا السياسية) ABSTRACTThe present study focuses upon Rogue [Bloodthirsty] State Organization in Iraq and Al-Sham to show the ideology of the tripolitical policy that holds Takfirizing –discrediting- ,fighting and exploiting the thought of religion to gain authority ,Khalafa,such ideologizes the sacred religion to gain mundane intension dominating the authority at all savage means ,as it is so called cruelty managing . Such a rejected circumstance appears since the chaotic and fighting movements rose into surface, such as Khawarj and its fighting Salafi tails, with viewpoints pertinent to dogmatism takfirizing both the Muslim Society and the pacific under certain religious means. That is why such an ideology casts us into controversy as they never represent Islam nor humanity; it is considered as renegading the sacred religion by legal and proving evidences, so those who deal with them materialistically or doctrinally desires to use them as foreign positive political ideology to implement certain projects fraught with international and regional conflicts; the human mind and the sacred religion the discrediting and fighting policy rejects. Thereupon it is to recommend in the current study in light of the trihindrance the national state of Iraq confronts; takfirizing , fighting and Khalafa that it is to resume erecting our national state in Iraq and cope with the terrorist danger, that is why it is necessary to take hold of the three buttresses: military buttress, political buttress and cultural buttress. ملخص البحث هدفت دراستنا إلى تبيان الايديولوجة السياسية لتنظيم الدولة المارقة المرتكزة على ثلاثية: التكفير، القتال، وتسخير الفكر الديني من اجل الوصول الى السلطة ، الذين ادلجوا ً(الخلافة)، بدلائل المطالب الرمزية التأسيسية البشرية المختلفة زمنيا المقدس الديني من اجل مأرب دنيوية تخص الاستيلاء على السلطة بطرق وحشية او ما اسميناه بادارة التوحش، ولد هذا الواقع المرفوض منذ ظهور الحركات الفوضوية والقتالية الماضوية كالخوارج وامتداداتها السلفية القتالية بأفكار ورؤى ترجع الى رموز وتنظيمات دوغمائية، تتبنى التكفير للمجتمع المسلم، والاخر المسالم بآليات دينية. وهو ما مثل عندنا إشكالية كبرى كون فهمهم لا يمثل الدين والانسانية، وانما عن المقدس الديني بالحجج البرهانية والشرعية، لذا فان من تعاطى معهم ً مروقاّعد على مختلف المستويات: المادية والعقائدية واراد بذلك استخدامهم كايديولوجيا من أجل تمرير مشاريع لها علاقة بصراعات إقليمية ودولية، ًسياسية ايجابية خارجيا وهو ما ترفضه (التكفير - القتل) المعارف الحضارية (العقل الانساني)، والمبادئ القيمية(المقدس الديني)، لذا كان علينا ان نوصي في بحثنا في ضوء تشخيصنا للمعوقات الثلاثية التي تواجه الدولة الوطنية العراقية: التكفير، القتال، الخلافة، بان استكمال بناء دولتنا الوطنية في العراق، ودرء الخطر الإرهابي عنه، يتوجب التركيز على المقومات الثلاث الآتية: المقوم العسكري، المقوم السياسي، المقوم الثقافي.
