Abstract Molecular identification of ten maize (Zea mays L.) genotypes was accomplished using ten of Express Sequence Tag-Simple Sequence Repeats markers ( EST-SSRs) .Molecular size of amplified fragments ranged 114bp to315bp in primers p-umc1566 and p-bnlg1016 respectively.
