Abstract

This study was executed in laboratories of biology department in the college of science2009 it clarifies the toxic effects of the two fungi isolated from the Aspergillus flavus it one ability to produce the aflatoxin but others do not produced it, on some biochemical parameters of white rat female. In addition to evaluation of the efficiency the bioformulation from the Bacillus subtilis bacteria in protecting the animals food from the infection by the fungi A. flavus. The laboratory experiments proved that the method Saito & Machida (1999) it the best in appoint A.flavus fungus isolation which produced to Aflatoxins about (6) isolation from (16) isolation the (11) isolation revert to Arachis hypogea and (5) isolation revert to zea mays . also The laboratory experiments proved the bioformulation from the B. subtilis had a high effect in inhibition the radial growth in concentration 1 g / L where the inhibition rate attained 100 % to the both fungi isoluted from the A. flavus . it showed asignificant decrease in the concentration of (LH and FSH ) hormones that reached (4.1 and 4.8) nanogram / ml respectively in rats that given the infection food by the isolated fungi which produced the aflatoxin , but in other isolated the concentration of hormones it reached (9.3 and 9) nanogram / ml respectively compared with of control ( 13 and 14.5 ) nanogram / ml respectively . Also it showed a significnt increase in the level of ALT and AST enzymes to ( 22.3 and 14.4 ) IU / L respectively in rats that treated of the fungi isolated which produced to the aflatoxin , (10.4 and 10.1) IU / L respectively in rats that treated of the others isolated . The results showed the ability of the bioformulation of B. subtilis when it addition to the rats food to increase the concentration of ( LH and FSH) hormones it reached to ( 9.8 and 9.5 ) nanogram / ml respectively compared with that of control which was ( 7 and 6.7 ) nanogram / ml respectively , also it showed a significant decrease in the level of ( ALT and AST ) enzymes to ( 15.1 and 11 ) IU / L respectively .
