Abstract

Oral administration of 2,4-D in chicks at dose (200 mg/ kg) had significant decreased in Glucose plasma levels after 4 hours from administration , and had significant increased in doses (100 and 200 mg/kg orally) in Alkaline Phosphatase activates in plasma after 4 hours from administration, and had no changes in Acetyl Cholinesterase (ChE) enzyme activities in plasma at doses (100 and 200 mg/kg orally) , but had significant decreased of (ChE) activities in Brian tissue after 2 and 4 hours from administration, and had significant decreased of (ChE) activities in Liver tissue after 4 hours from administration, and had significant decreased of (ChE) activities in Muscle tissue at dose (200 mg/kg orally) after 4 hours from administration.
