Abstract Abstract: Pure and Ag doped CdO thin films were prepared by sol-gel technique with spin coating method on glass substrates, Ag:CdO doped with relatively high concentration Ag (2.5%, 5%, 10% and 15%) to obtain changes in structural, Optical And Morphological properties of Ag:CdO doped thin films at fixed annealing temperature (300◦ C), the results Shows changes in structural properties at (111) plane due to fixed annealing temperature, and decreasing in direct energy gap, and show changes in roughness average |
