Abstract

A study of the excited states of +15 Cl ion in some excited state (1sns ) where n=2,3,4,5 is performed. This paper focusing on examining the atomic properties in position space of +15 Cl ion in the excited state (1s 2s, 1s 3s, 1s 4s, 1s 5s ) where this ion contains two electrons one electron in K-shell (1S) state and another electron in (nS) state in shells (L, M,N,O). These atomic properties are important to describe of the dynamics in atoms and ions. "Two electron density function (r1,r2) " which contains all of the information necessary to calculate the energy and many properties of the atom was used for calculating expectation values for one electron 〈 〉 ,two electrons , expectation value of potential energy , expectation values of kinetic energy , expectation values of repulsion energy 〈Vee〉, expectation values of attraction energy 〈Ven〉 and expectation values of Hartree-Fock energy and analyze One-particle radial density functions ( ) using slater type function (STO) in order to solve Hartree-Fock wave function for these systems. All the atomic properties are normalized to unity, and the atomic units used in this work ,each plot in this work normalized to unity and the results were obtained numerically by using computer program Math CAD (Professional 2001i)
