الخلاصة

This study was conducted to reveal polymorphism among seven wheat cultivars which in future facilitate fingerprinting and the crop improvement. Twenty main bands were produced ranged in their molecular size from 7.9 to 67.9 KDa, out of them there were 15 monomorphic, three polymorphic and two unique. Low polymorphism reached was 15% observed using the SDS-PAGE of total wheat grain proteins.
