E-government services are in their infancy in many developing countries,
particularly in Iraq. The achievement of e-government services is dependent on government
support as well as the users of these services. This study adopted the Unified Theory of
Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model to explore factors that determine the
adoption of e-government services in the Iraqi higher-education context. In the University of
Kufa, 430 academic staffs' were surveyed using a modified version of the UTAUT model. |
