The President of the UOK, Prof. Dr. Akeel Abed Yasseen, took a tour around the examination halls at the faculties of Art and Languages, to overview the flow of the examination process.
He stressed on the need to provide all the necessary supplies for examiners, which include comfortable halls and examination notebooks, as well as providing drinking water and continuous electricity.
Furthermore, Dr. Yasseen called for the need to place extra care on immigrant students from terrorized provinces., stressing that the UOK was and will remain a sanctuary for all Iraqi students.
During his tour in the English and Arabic departments, the president briefly viewed samples of the exam questions, pointing out the importance of academic sobriety and inclusiveness for questions.
He also drew the students’ attention to taking advantage of video conference seminars that are mainly hosted by the Research and IT Center at the UOK, so as to develop their communication abilities in English language.
