Prof. Ali Abed Al-Jaleel, a lecturer from the Faculty of Education at the UOK, completed his participation in the training course held at the University of Georgia in the USA.
The training course was part of the Fulbright Program which lasted for nine months, with the participation of 412 lecturers from universities worldwide.
The dean of the faculty, Dr. Basim Jrew, stated that the aim of the program is to develop the teaching skills of foreign language teachers, as well as develop the English language teaching curricula and methods.
Furthermore, it seeks to promote cultural exchange between the different countries.
For his part, Abed Al-Jaleel pointed out that the program included workshops and lectures in the field of languages, by professors of different nationalities in the world.
These diverse activities all seek to develop the work of lecturers in educational institutions.
