The American Association for Psychiatric Disease recently granted Dr. Arafat Hussain Al-Dijayli, professor from the Faculty of Medicine at the UOK, the title of ‘Ambassador of the American Association for Psychiatric Disease’. The honorable title was awarded to Dr. Arafat during the conclusion of the Association’s Medical Conference, which was held in the State of Atlanta, the USA.
Dr. Al-Dijayli made note of the fact that this association is regarded one of the prestigious global associations, which produces every year hundreds of research and hundreds of books. Additionally, it holds hundreds of annual conferences and seminars. Furthermore, it has a great impact on the US Congress when it comes to issuing laws on medical affairs.
