Within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed between the UOK and Queen Mary University, the UOK proudly announces the start of registration for the students of junior high from the science branch to obtain a joint bachelor degree between the two universities.
The majors include (Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, and Electrical Engineering and Electronics) in the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics and the Faculty of Engineering.
The President of the UOK, Prof. Dr. Akeel Abed Yasseen, made the announcement adding that the study will be a total of two years in Kufa and two at Queen Mary in Britain with financial fees borne by the student willing to study.
The British university is regarded the largest and oldest in London where about (20260) students study, among whom (7498) are foreign students. Its educational and research services are provided in (21) academic departments. The university is ranked eleventh in Britain in the field of scientific research and has been regarded the sixth best university in terms of the employment of students after graduation.
Students in this university have the right to take advantage of the Senate library and other libraries including the famous Moon Library.
