We seek that training in service would be the best on the level of our and other Iraqi universities. Due to the developments in the different fields of life and rapid changes within society needs, desires and anticipation to progress and advance, it is necessary to present active training in different fields to convoy these developments. On these bases, training in service department worked hard to put continuous improvement strategy to achieve active training and activate society service on a higher level.
Our mission is to hold developed courses for all university members, state institutions and civil society organizations so that they could be able to present best services for society.
Training service tries to:
1- Develop training courses by using modern programs in training such as electronic courses.
2- Use novel techniques through which both trainers and learners can develop their training skills.
3- Increase and deepen relations with different departments of state and civil society organizations.
4- Address public authorities to name members for these courses.
5- Present awards and prizes for the brilliant ones.
6- Provide all requirements needed for a course.
7- Pursue field courses implementation according to a specific plan.
8- Issue a guidebook for the courses planned to hold during a year.
1- Developing learning, increasing faculties, giving opportunities to make use of modern educational aids.
2- Training teaching and administrative staffs of the university colleges and departments to be aware of the main skills needed in their field of work.
3- Deepening relations with society by holding training courses that develop knowledge and make aware of the modern frameworks found in the state’s institutions and departments.
4- Being open to Iraqi and other world universities to exchange information and expertise in different fields of study.
5- Issuing periodicals concerning recent developments in different fields of knowledge.
6- Being aware of different working methods followed in the public departments and institutions to improve their performance.
7- Identifying training needs.
8- Awarding participation certificates.
9- Evaluating results through feedback .
10- Making field visits to different departments and institutions of society to identify and meet their needs.
11- Communicating with other Iraqi universities by exchanging visits to achieve mutual benefit.
12- Feeding and updating the department’s database to provide information for reports and analytic studies whenever needed.
